Kraftshala Launches Inaugural Workshop in ‘The Growth Series’ for Mid-level Agency Managers

Kraftshala, the largest marketing jobs providing edtech platform in India is launching ‘The Growth Series.’ The workshop series, backed by thorough research, is meant to address specific challenges blocking the growth of mid-level managers in the top marketing agencies in India.

In today’s age when on-the-job training has taken a backseat, growth can stall at the mid-level manager stage. The Growth Series thus aims to address the evolving challenges faced by mid-level managers in the marketing and digital spheres and overcome the most obvious barriers that stall their growth.

The inaugural workshop in the series, titled ‘Leveraging Digital Funnels for New Age Businesses,’ promises to introduce participants with invaluable insights and strategies that arm them with the tools to exploit the complex digital landscape for profitable business outcomes.

The workshop will have an impressive line-up of trainers, including Sambit Dash of RPSG Capital Ventures and the esteemed academic team of Kraftshala, further augmented by Sanchari Biswas of L’Oréal. Scheduled to take place on the 13th, 14th, and 20th of April, the programme is tailored for media managers with approximately 4 years of experience. The cost for this course is INR 15,000; however, participation is complimentary for Kraftshala’s key partner agencies.

Participants will engage 1:1 with Kraftshala’s expert speakers and partners learning practical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills in the digital space.
