IRB Infra & IRB Infrastructure Trust Witness Growth in May Aggregate Toll Revenue Soars by 30% Year-on-Year

Continuing with the growth momentum in April 2024, IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, India’s leading and the largest integrated multi-national transport infrastructure developer in the highways sector and its associate IRB Infrastructure Trust, India’s largest Infrastructure Investment Trust, have collectively reported Y-o-Y toll revenue growth of 30% in the month of May 2024.
The toll collection of both the entities for May 2024 is Rs. 536 Crs against Rs. 411 Crs in May 2023.
Commenting on this, Shri Amitabh Murarka, Dy. CEO, IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited said, “It is encouraging to observe the sustained momentum in toll collection in May 2024. This reinforces the consistency and robustness of growth across all highway assets we manage in India. With the annual toll tariff revision now effective from June 3, 2024, and the strong GDP numbers, we expect this positive trend in toll collections to continue in the upcoming quarters.”
