Zamit, in collaboration with QAI, UK proudly launches its unique international Teaching Excellence & Relevance Management (iTERM) Programme in various schools in NCR and other states. This groundbreaking 130-hour Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme is designed to empower teachers of classes three and above with skills, attributes and resources needed for pedagogic excellence in the 21st century.

iTERM, mapped to Level 5 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) in England and Northern Ireland, represents the world’s first holistic approach to teacher development. The programme leverages Zamit’s proprietary Measure, Improve, and Monitor (M-I-M) model, focusing on the research-based Nine Dimensions, covering 80+ skills of Teaching Excellence and Relevance Management (TERM).

The iTERM Programme offers a comprehensive 130-hour training regimen designed to enhance teaching capabilities for educators of classes 3 to 12. This programme leverages Zamit’s proprietary Nine Dimensions, covering over 80 essential skills for teaching excellence and relevance management. Participants will find extensive opportunities for professional growth through structured Professional Development Programmes, all mapped to the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and leading to international Level 5 certification from QAI UK.

Teachers enrolled in the iTERM Programme can also participate in annual research grants funded by The Future Foundation. Additionally, they will have continuous access to a Resource Vault offering a variety of curated classroom support materials and professional development content and, the opportunity to attend regular webinars and symposia led by national and international experts to provide ongoing professional insights. The programme includes tools to build and update a teacher’s professional profile, along with opportunities for rewards and recognition.

The iTERM Programme is delivered through a blended learning model, offering flexibility with both face-to-face and online modules. It includes five structured Professional Development Programmes for skill enhancement, 18 webinars and symposia for expert insights, action research activity and guided self-developmental engagements tailored to individual growth. Participants will engage in practical teaching activities and evaluations through assignments and observations with impact analysis reports to measure teaching effectiveness.
